What We Do

We are a locally owned property rental company specializing in smaller 1 &2 bedroom apartments and houses in both Leavenworth and Lansing. 

We require all prospective tenants to submit an application with references (no application fees), and all properties are available on a one year lease only. Security deposits in the amount of 2/3 a normal months rent are required at signing.
